Alright, so I have been missing for the past few days, & I know Daph has been pestering me to go online xp. Oh well. I decided to blog today just in case tomorrow's a super eventful day, and its hard to blog about 2 huge events in a post (:

Tuesday was Jas' birthday celebration (this is done purposely as Liwei is currently in UK, and we plan to suan her quite a bit when she returns) Anyway I met Rox early in the morning and we took a MRT down to Vivo city xp (its the first time that we arrived the earliest la o.o and we had to meet at an unearthly time of 8:00!!!) darn. So when me and rox met Jas, we proceeded to carry out the BIG plan. (which Daph thought of) we pretended that the other people could not make it except me , rox and jas. & since we alr bought the tickets, we just took the monorail to go into sentosa (: & then... SURPRISE! all of the people were waiting for us !(: haha but Jas wasn't super touched or something, she was... reactionless *OMG*

We then waited for the monorail, and Rox kept ranting on , asking us what's a monorail -.- haha then we tried to explain to her that it sort of looks like a bus, so when a van passed by she asked us whether that was it 0.0 omg, haha she can't even differentiate between a bus and a van!!

anyway we hopped on, and we arrived at palawan beach! (: Daph bought a ball from 7-11 and we played captain's ball, and volleyball! (: whee haha it was quite sad, but our group lost by a tiny margin both times. IT WAS SOO TINY. anyway haha me and jas had to go dunk ourselves in the sea while rox does pushups on the beach . darn funny.

We were supposed to continue playing soccer but some of us just diverted xp. Me, Daph, Cheryl, Cheryl's sister, Rox and Jas proceeded to make a hole! Haha fine, dig a hole, while Cass and Jo slacked!! GRAH. anyway Daph went to rest and get a drink first, then me, rox and jas. (: haha only cheryl and her sister worked so super hard at the hole, I felt so bad not helping them.


That was what I took from the rest stand where I was lying on the chair xp . Rox was also resting kay! So super nice! haha okay that was darn ego, sounded like teng.

Anyway some of us gathered there while watching the people who enjoy digging (Cheryl and her sister) continue digging the hole. haha it was super amusing, we were debating whether they had the love-to-dig genes. x) Okay they were just very concentrated with digging.

Jas' ah-beng shot. So we all just sat under the shade and talked a while, & cheryl and her sister came to join us after digging the hole. (: Oh well, the clouds began to grow grey from there, and it looked like it was about to rain -.- haix. BUT! haha Cass' amazingg voice managed to chase the rain away xp she was singing rain rain go away. Haha but the wind was still super strong!! haha the umbrella shading my side was blown away xp. Darn funny.

took a fair bit of photos, but although Daph likes taking photos, I think most ppl hate taking photos with her, because she's super photogenic !! -.- That makes the rest of us looks so super ugly. But since she's my CL partner, I'm kind of used to it (see, she sits next to me)

The restaurant waiter then approached us, saying that we were sitting on the restaurant's chairs. -.- oh well, since we needed a place to go eat Jas' bday cake, I told that person we will be going in shortly after 0.0 darn, I didn't know the prices then. haha cheryl told me, so we all escaped (successfully) to the other kopitiam (it was called koufu) there despite the strong winds we managed to celebrate Jas's bday, despite many unsuccessful attempts of lighting the candles.

Jas cutting the cake xp. she was telling me not to take her, but it was kind of late. What was cheryl doing?! -.- haha anyway Cass didn't eat the cake, most of us tried to help her finish it but I think Jas ate the majority of the cake xp. We then ate our lunch haha omg. pigs right!

anyway after eating we then decided to go VIVOcity to go and play xp. but we managed to shower first and then Jas had to open the multilayered present cheryl and daph gave (:

After that I managed to take a picture of ROXANNE LOH! OMG haha I was damn happy. Although very blur, but no choice xp.


On the way back Jocelyn insisted on visting her relatives, so we walked past the bird cage. (haha bird brain = jocelyn) nah, just kidding, she didn't want to acknowledge her relatives see.

Anyway, along the way Cass and Rox, in a fit of lameness, decided to be ulti lame. -.- Both of them exchanged one slipper each and began walking on the same slipper -.- attracted a damn load of people's attention la, they were counting out loud along the way.

Cass ain't in it though, she didn't want to come. Anyway we went to eat Ben and Jerry's at VIVOcity! (: Haha me, Daph, Jas, Rox and Jo ate some merlion promo thingy, but it was like 6 scoops? + brownie + 2 toppings. Haha anyway me, Rox and Jas decided to go home after that. ):


Alright, finally onto day 6, haha, and its already 1 week and a few days since I came back from the Fuzhou trip! Days left till next year? 352 days(25th) and still counting. (: Oh well! Next year I might not even be able to go to Fuzhou. NOTE: longpost&imageheavy

Yes, so Day 6. After breakfast and devotion, it was free and easy. (: So it simply means, fun, fun and MORE fun! woots. So me,Jie,Vanessa,Pekyong,ChinHian and Charissa all went out together with Gracie to take "neoprints". Well...the difference between singapore neoprints and China neoprints is that, Singapore neoprint machines can take up to 8 people, and China ones can take up to max 4 people, and some people are covered. Aha, yes, but there was a power shortage by the time we finished choosing the backgrounds, so we just left, but not b4 we took some photos there! (:





We were making our way to a bookstore when we met Samuel and the others, along with Huang Bin! (: woots. So Huang Bin decided to tag along, and we all made our way to the bookstore. Haha, I didn't have anything I wanted to buy, so me and Lao Di just went out to chit chat and wait for the others. There was this huge pagoda structure outside the bookstore, haha. With nothing else to do, we all just decided to go wherever the china ppl took us, and they took us to this place, but since there was a temple we all decided to take photos and then leave! aha.



Pillion ride on HuangBin's bike! woots, haha, 'cos PekYong wanted to sit behind HuangBin, heh, and then I decided to take his ride! Ah...he rides really really well! (: Yep, and Stanley brought HuiLi and Delicia to look for what they wanted! Jie pillion rided behind PekYong (: Just went round Luoyuan, it was such a nice feeling~! Ah, then we had to go back for lunch, woots! Lunch, yum. Haha, so after lunch, we prepared for Singapore Night, which was a performance we had to put up for the China people! (: Yes, but the preparation took quite little time, so it was more FREE & EASY. woots! Haha, we were quite lucky, 'cos when me,Jie,Van,Chin Hian and PekYong went down, we saw HuangBin and Stanley! WOOSH~lucky(: Yeah, and we were still having power outage, so we could not go for our hair wash! ugh



Before Singapore Night started, we all took lots of shots since it was the last night we were staying at First Light. Ewen simply loved to disturb alot of my shots. AHA. Oh and it was my first time putting eyeliner. BOY it stung like hell.





Ugh, then Singapore Night officially started! WOOTS. So HuiLi introduced me first, ugh, since I was the most "singapore". I was dressed as an SIA air stewardess see, and I got really embarassed when HuiLi was introducing me! Especially when she lifted my skirt slightly up and people saw my flip flops, which were supposed to be chinese. and people were staring. Tsk, how rude! & after that I just stood there, and seriously stoned. I have this talent for stoning see! haha. The funniest thing that happened was when HuiLi asked the Indian couple to come out and Daniel (wearing Chinese clothes) started strolling down. It was uber funny! (: He realised halfway though, and began to walk backwards! (: The Malay couple was then introduced, and HuiLi said SOMETHING that made Charissa really embarassed. Haha, and most people were staring at Ewen's black nails more than at his costume. Haha, and Eurasian was then introduced! (: woots. Singapore mee siam (or at least I think it is) and curry-cum-bread was served, and the people got to eat it!

Haha, I think Lao Di said that I was a waitress and hence I had to endure the humiliation of GuiCan and XueHao asking me to do stuff. Ugh, I tried the mee siam! Haha, it was HOTT! heh. & then loads of people asked me to help them throw stuff! Haha, the funniest was when HuangBin asked Charissa to help him throw his marshmallow wrapper! I could almost see her shooting fire with her eyes! LOL Boy, I had to throw it for him in the end, tsk. LAZY PEOPLE! LOL. Photo taking later, and it ended quite late...



Gave out presents we bought, and then debrief. Ugh, rest time after that, and me and Charissa decided to stay awake the whole night since it was the last night. We wrote letters to many China people we wanted to say stuff to, and then I dozed off a little for like 5 minutes? and it got quite cold in the morning, it was as if the temperature plunged! Haha, groggy, tired and a little irritated. But oh well, it was the last day! woots~


Due to the huge amount of time that I have on my hands, I am able to blog about Day 5 of the Fuzhou trip! (: Heh, poor Siachnpy is still stuck on Day 3 x] Alright, back to Day 5! (:

Day 5 is Shopping Day, as well as Steph's bday, woots. Travelled down to an expensive shopping mall for lunch, and to celebrate Steph's bday! We got to walk around the mall for a period of time, and so me and Charissa split from Jie's group due to some differences. Along the way we met Uncle SB and YY, along with Siach and Pek Yong. So Uncle SB and YY wandered off and the 4 of us became 1 group. Trooped down to the rather old arcade to play, and barely made it in time for lunch, argh. (:

Although we weren't late for lunch, we were the last to arrive. (: I had no appetite for lunch, and hence, I ate almost nothing. Oh well, the birthday cake with its super thin candles was presented to Pho when we were about to finish, and she was really surprised x] Aha, then we took a cab down to the place where we were supposed to shop! This time, me, Jie, Chin Hian, Pek Yong and Vanessa went as a group. We went to this place opposite the shopping mall, where you could really bargain alot.

Took really little photos since it was only shopping. On an interesting note, I found that shopping isn't that bad when you aren't with people who are ALL shopaholics, but I still dislike it. YAGH. Uh... Me and Lao Di bought something for lao ma, as well as all the people we taught English during the Program at night. (: It was so difficult finding something for them, I thought I probably wouldn't find stuff for all the people I wanted to give. However, luckily, I managed, and I got my personalised sneakers as well! (:

By the time we finished shopping, it was about 1745. We all gathered at Macdonalds, but the bus was late, and we had to walk some distance to this meeting place b4 the bus picked us up. & boy, to say the temperature is cold is an understatement. Ah, I thought it was seriously freezing. (: So the whole team just plopped themselves onto the grass, but it was so cold, I rather be pacing around than sit. The bus finally arrived, accompanied with a very very pissed off bus driver.
I slept for a short while on the bus b4 I was rudely awakened by the bus driver's voice, which I really believed was rising every second. Being me, I couldn't sleep once I woke up, and I could only watch people sleeping. Erk, and what was worse was that the bus driver kept up the ruckus throughout. (: He must have a REALLY strong voice. and a horrible temper as well. (: Debrief, and then it was sleeping time. Bunked in Jie's room again, ahaha.
